For mPact Pastors

Caleb Ordination

At every stage of their careers, mPact chaplains can help your church succeed.

mPact chaplain candidates work to complete their Master of Divinity and acquire ministry experience to qualify as chaplains. A typical chaplain candidate provides 3-5 years of service on staff at his church. Our candidates serve in a variety of roles including site pastors, student leaders, kids’ church pastors, and associate pastors.

mPact chaplains in Guard or reserve units can continue to serve on mPact church staffs.

Several retired chaplains also serve mPact churches. Our chaplains are sound ministers and capable staff officers with a wealth of institutional knowledge and connections in military communities.
